The Principal - Michael A. Troup
A Quincy, Illinois, native, Mike graduated from St. Louis University with a B.S.B.A. in Management. After obtaining his degree, he started working in the St. Louis area in personal insurance lines focusing on life insurance as an estate planning tool, and was awarded as one of the St. Louis agency's top new salesmen. However, he decided to continue his education, and received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialty in finance from St. Louis University a year later.

- LTCP - Long Term Care Professional
- CITRMS - Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist

Mike is a licensed insurance professional in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa.
He enjoys involvement in local community programs, and has taken many leadership roles. Currently, he serves on the Adams County Ambulance & Emergency Medical Services Board as it's chair, GREDF - Great River Economic Development Foundation Board, Quincy University Endowment Committee and Advocacy Network for Children (a nine county wide West Central Illinois agency helping abused and neglected children).
